About Me
I’m writing from the prairies of Canada in the small city of Winkler, Manitoba.
I am a communicator, a leader, a team member, a collaborator, a learner – I am many things.
- Enneagram calls me a “3”
- DISC calls me Driver
- PI calls me a Persuader
- 16Personalities calls me a “Protagonist”
The list goes on. I have many labels, yet I try not to be defined by any one of them. If I am anything, I am changing/growing/in process.
Formally, I am a student of Organizational Leadership and completed my graduate degree in 2020. Informally, I read widely and learn from both books and experience.
I am a leader and a coach. I am energized by people. Investing in others and empowering them to grow, overcome barriers, and discover who they really are is what gets me up early every morning.
I am a communicator. Whether speaking from a stage, publishing a written work, or sitting across the table in a coffee shop, I enjoy using the power of language to help people move forward.

My project portfolio includes work in the areas of structural re-design, organizational change processes, self-managing teams, strategy and goal-setting, workplace culture, employee engagement, team development, leadership coaching, as well as a variety of custom organizational development projects.
Previously, I have had the privilege of investing in people as a leader within a local non-profit for over 15 years. In my role, I have coached, counseled, and walked alongside people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Whether they’re seeking personal or professional growth, my goal is to help people find the courage and clarity they need to write the next chapter of their stories.
Finally, I am a collaborator and love working with others on projects that create positive effects in our communities. If you have a great idea and need a co-conspirator to pull it off, reach out – let’s have a conversation.
